App I Like: Best of French Cuisine

Oh my goodness this is seriously the most gorgeous app EVER.  And its FREE!  This is by far one if the best food apps I’ve seen, and I feel like I’ve been downloading all of them.  The graphics, the layout, the recipes…Y.U.M.

The other night I made Leek Gratin with Mince Meat and Potatoes and I thought The Hus was going to marry me all over again.  I’ll gladly be upgrading to the $4.99 version with 100 recipes! Happy Cooking!

Worth the money? YES!! So much great info! I especially love the wine recommendations – they just recommend regions not specific wines you’ll probably never find. So helpful!
Why I Like: The design is just gorgeous and its full of really useful cooking how-tos I actually will use. Love that you can email a recipe with one click and love the glossary. Also it includes cocktail recipes. Tres bon.
